Return Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order iscancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already
shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that youreceived it, It must also be in the origina packaging, To complete your return, we reauirea receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to themanufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns);No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval status for your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund isofficially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before arefund is posted.
